We never copy + paste programs. Instead, we create right-sized and audience-appropriate activities that brings places into the fold of surrounding communities. We do this through our signature Four P’s of Programming:

Planning: This is the ideation phase, when we storyboard goals, audiences, program themes, and budgets.

Partnerships: This is the relationship mapping phase, when we identify community partners best positioned to support and advance the vision identified in the planning phase.

Piloting: This is the beta testing phase, when we soft launch and evaluate programs and partnerships.

Polishing: This is the growth phase, when we expand and sustain programs over the long-term.
